The Ascension in Full Force Now!!

The Ascension is full force now!  Do you feel the energy?  I certainly do, as I laid on the beach yesterday, in the sand, my world started spinning!  Yes, that is the energy going on, spinning, feeling high.  Waking up feeling buzzed, happy, high, a great feeling knowing it has come naturally.  A great feeling after shedding old karma last week and crying for two days straight! 

Many of us are light workers, here to hold the light for all, here to bring that light into Mother Gaia to heal her as well.  When I hit the beach, sit on the rocks, gaze into the sun, I focus on that light, that light coming into Mother Gaia so strongly.  I focus my attention on sending this light into Mother Gaia, to help heal her and it's people, us.  It is important to ground this light into the Earth, as we are the one's holding this energy for many here at this time.  We are the portal of that light, each and every one of us!

We are already in the new reality, and many do not realize this yet.  Look inside your heart, feel the difference there, the unconditional love you have for yourself and others.

The light has won, time to rebuild your reality, and create the life you want.  Some may continue in the drama, and it maybe time to let them go.  You will be so busy creating the loving life you want, you will not worry about them.  Time to laugh and giggle, knowing the light has one, and we truly are here to shine our light so bright! 

As the year ends, we are at a time of zero point, a time to rest, and go with the flow of the new, powerful energies coming in.  As you follow the synchronicities, your new path will evolve in front of you.  The challenges in 2017 are over, and many let go of karma from many lifetimes!!

With the coming new moon on the 18th, it is preparing us for the Universal flow of 2018, shifting our reality in many ways.

Ways to Help Keep Your Energy High!

Science has proven energy is vibration, sound healing is healing through the vibration of sound.  Everything has a vibration, and we all vibrate at different rates.  Just look around you at the people and situations in your life, and you can see where your vibration lies.  When you raise your vibration, the lower energies around will surely leave, (and yes, I mean people), and other like minded souls will appear for you if you wish.

It’s important to be aware of the energies of others, and places and situations, to avoid the negative, lower ones.  It’s important to send loving thoughts to ourselves, as we see the power of words, and how they affect us.  It’s important to be aware of  your energy, and the energy you bring to others.  We all sense energy, I am sure you have walked into a room and you can tell the energy was low, or they were even talking about you!  I have always sensed this years ago, before I even understand the theory of “energy”.  Most of us have felt this on one level or another, we just weren’t aware of what it is.  Now that you know, be aware, and pay attention.

When our thoughts are loving, our energy and vibration is higher.  We resonate with others that have the same energy level, and are attracted to the same.  Maybe that is why they say, “misery loves company”!  And just the same, if your vibration is high, that is what you will attract, and the result is surrounding yourself with other loving, kind, and compassionate souls.

Be what you want to see in the world, be the love you want in return, be the love you want to see around, and that is what you will see.  Focus on love and gratitude, the love and gratitude you already have in your life, and build on that!  We all have the power to change, to change our thoughts, watch what we focus on, and then just like a miracle, that is what you will see in your reality!

We all need to find the love in our own hearts first, before we truly can give it out to others unconditionally.  That takes some deep soul searching, and many Psychologists call it, going through the “dark night of the soul”.  All that means is facing your shadows, your pain and suffering through you life that you haven’t faced and dealt with.  Since there are no more victims, and that energy is gone, we can heal our pain instantly, if choose.  Do not blame yourself or others, just see it and release it.  It is as easy as realizing what happened, accepting it, and letting it go, remembering we are here now, well, happy, in another place and time!  It is done, over, let it go!

When we let go of the past shadows, we allow more light into our body, as that was considered darkness!  So, that is another good reason to let it all go!  We are in an Ascension process, which really means the world is shifting to LOVE!  To the love we all have within our own hearts, for ourselves and others, knowing we are all one, all connected to Source.  There is not any room for darkness in this New Earth, as the energies are too high to hold it!  So, all the darkness within us must fade away, to transmute into light, to raise our energy and vibration, onto New Earth!

A Japanese author, Masuro Emoto, did a great deal of research on how the words we use affects water, and through the use of words, we can change the energy and vibration of all, changing the world to love and peace.  He froze water crystals, some with negative words, and some with positive words.  The water with the positive words sent to it, formed beautiful crystals, while the negative ones did not even create a crystal.  He proved our words matter, have energy, and since we are mostly water, words affect us and our being.   He concluded the highest vibration was one of love and gratitude!  As simple as praying these words over the liquid you drink, or taping the words or a picture of the crystal on your glass, changes the energy of the water, and as a result changes your energy and vibration to love and gratitude!

Mr. Emoto believed through focusing on love and gratitude, and our words and deeds, we have the power to change the world to peace, The New Earth, creating Heaven on Earth!

So, stay positive, in love, in compassion, in giving, in caring, in kindness, and give this all to yourself first!!

Stay Focused on Love & Gratitude

Many have been experiences tragedies, and this is what I want to talk about, to remind everyone about the LIGHT, that is all around us, not the darkness you see.

We each experience a situation for a reason, a reason to take us back to love, to unconditional love.  This could be a wake up call for many, to experience these tragedies, and trying to figure out how to process them.  To turn to supporting one another, in love and peace, and joining together in love, is a beautiful way to help, and not focusing on the event daily, rehashing it, lowering your vibrations and everyone else's while doing so.  

It may also be a good time to reevaluate things, and go within and see what you find.  See where the pain lies and heal it with love.  Love yourself, forgive yourself, and find the peace within your own heart first.  Then you can find the peace outside.  When you find that love inside, your vibration is raising, along with everyone else's and you are helping Mother Gaia Ascend to her 5D experience.  

You have seen some who have been through tragedies, and have come out transformed, ready to conquer the world.  This is what can happen now to each of you experiencing the disasters that have been occurring here in the United States for some time.  A shift in energies, to a higher vibration, one that only exists in love.  One where the lower energies of fear and worry can not even go into!! How awesome is that, a world filled with love, the lower energies being let go of, but it comes from you. 

 Your reality can be totally different than mine, and all the pain we have inside from the past has to be released in order to Ascend, as like I said no lower energies exist there.  So it is truly important to go with, with all things you experience, and ask what are you to learn about yourself here?  What do you need to let go of that is not functioning as love?  All those triggers, those events that happen to you that make your hair stand up, that is where you start.  To look at yourself and ask why you reacted that way?  Then resolve it and let it go.  Don't allow yourself to cry for days upon days feeling sorry for yourself, that's the old energy.  The new energy is okay, got it, experienced it, it's done now, over, I let it go and I am in a new loving reality called 5D!  

The shock of these events have broken your energies from your current situation, and maybe have given you the opportunity to focus on all that you have in your life, like everyone around you that you love.  Love and gratitude are the highest energies, and we can transform the world by focusing on these!  

Due to the Ascension, these events have happened, know that, and allow them to change you to find your own inner peace, inner calm, self love.  So then, that is what you can project out into the world now.

The movement I see now is 

SELF LOVE, INNER PEACE, LOVE AND ACCEPTING YOURSELF, & FORGIVING YOURSELF FOR ALL THINGS!!

As simple and silly as it seems, I believe it to be true, as I have seen throughout my journey to self love many years ago.  We tend to focus on helping everyone else, pleasing everyone else, especially us women, and Moms!!  I see so many running around for everyone else, being stressed, drained from running, but what are they doing for themselves?  Why aren't they saying, hey, what one thing do I want to do today to make me happy?  To make me feel good and have fun??  

Do you realize if you loved your life, loved your JOB, (and yes it is possible if you believed) and found time to enjoy your free time doing things you love, you could change the entire world to love and peace?  And yes, this is so very true, because we are all one, all connected to that higher collective consciousness, what affects one, affects us all.

Yes, I understand you may feel this is a challenge, but start small, one thing, one day, that puts a smile on your face.  Be aware of your energy, be aware of how your feeling, and if it's frustration and anger, or pain, go inside and work on it.  Find out what it is and let it go, and yes, it can be as simple as this now.  No more crying for years, that energy is gone, the poor me, the blame, the victim.  The energy now is love, love and acceptance, love and gratitude, love and peace.  It is so easy to feel if you allow it into your heart.  If you allow yourself time alone, to think, dream, meditate, be one with yourself, and see what your soul and guides are guiding you to do.  

And be careful what you focus on!

Explaining the Energies in September Through our Ascension

September has been a crazy month with all the energies around, I see so many dealing with emotions, old stuff arising, only to face, accept, and let go of, which is happening so much during this ascension.  Remember we call that stuff our shadows, and if all this new light is coming in, there is no more room for the darkness, so it has to surface to be released, and let go of, offering freedom to a new life of unconditional love!!

The weather has been crazy, as this is Mother Gaia's way of releasing the negative, and waking others up.  We can send this weather love and light, release it and let it go, because remember, focusing on it will make it worse!  Remember we should be focusing on things that make us feel good, things that make us happy, not the negativity going on in the world.  Now is the time to remove the fearful energy patterns that are hurting you. Many of you chose to come now, to hold the light and higher energy for others!  Wow, pretty amazing, huh??  Imagine the power we have when we all focus on love.  This information is as new for me as it is you, only learning this myself a few years ago.  Called, the Clean up Crew, or The Lightworkers, Wayshowers, etc.

We are transforming like a butterfly!  Know that in turning to unconditional love, you can transmute the negative to positive.  Know the more you stay in love, love and gratitude, love and light, the more you are helping to aid in creating our New Earth, Heaven on Earth!  Know each one of this has that much power, because we are all connected, all one source.  We have that collective consciousness, and what affects only one, affects the entire whole!

Of course, as I always say, stay away from the media, the fear focused media to keep us away from our power!  Watch what you focus on, no more focusing on fear and worry, know everything will be okay in your heart, trusting in the power of the Universe to guide you, knowing we are here to follow our joy and be happy, living in love and bliss!! 

When your heart opens fully it transcends the separation mentality we keep inside.  When all those things we are holding onto resolve, we can come to unconditional love.  

We can create the reality we choose, by what we focus on and where our energy goes.  

What do you want to allow to occur in your reality?  What are you going to feed your energy to?  What are you going to allow to occur and support?  What you support will become your reality.

I lived in fear and worry, guilt and blame for so many years,  my energy finally shifted only a few years ago, through really searching for years and years, 15 years since I was divorced!  I hope all of you come to realize that love is all there is, much sooner than I did, and never give your power away to any Spiritual Leader, or teacher as I did too!

I hope we see Peace on Earth soon!  

I live in peace and love many days as I live alone, and am very careful of the people I see, but my children are going through something with me.  It seems as if their shadows are coming to the surface, and I am part of their pain, (that's a book in itself) I was divorced 15 years ago, my ex was very manipulating and abusive, and even fought for custody of my children and won, due to the corruption in Bergen County!  I still feel that pain in my heart, and now many emotions are arising for them, and they are blaming me for a lot, becoming negative towards me, annoyed instantly, and defensive. 

 I now know it is due to the energies coming in though our Ascension, and the fall Equinox on it's way, and trying to let go of it, and not become a victim once again.
So, I pray and focus on healing our relationship by sending them love and light, as much as I can, and especially morning and night!  I meditate and tell them how much I love them, each and every one of them, and how I am sorry, and please forgive me.  What else can I say when the past is done, and yes, I made mistakes, but don't we all?? Yes, that is why if we can come to see the unconditional love we all truly are, then you can forgive, and move on!

Be well, be love, be loved, and most of all STAY IN LOVE AND GRATITUDE!!

SOLAR ECLIPSE TODAY~ How You Can Create Peace on Earth!

What a beautiful, powerful day today.  It is so important to keep the faith, stay strong, courageous, have hope, and focus on love and peace today!!

You can see the chaos and confusion on the planet now.  When chaos reaches it's height, an incident happens and creates a dramatic event on everything, called the butterfly affect.   This chaos has become dangerous to the entire planet, the eclipse can be called the butterfly affect.  

This alignment is a spiritual energy field and creates an opening of dimensions, as they intensify energy.  Where you focus is where you will find an increase of your energy and light!  Know what you think has a greater increase to manifest due to this immense energy, and this has the affect on the entire planet!! An accelerated time in manifesting.  

Those who are seekers, those who are awakening, will experience this accelerated manifestation of thought, and what you think will manifest quickly.  So focus on your spiritual development and your ascension.  Focus on planetary healing for peace on earth, and connect with your Ascended Masters.

Some may experience this as chaos, but you light workers, you will experience this heightened ability and will have the tools to increase your manifestation abilities and spiritual goals.  Those who are spiritually minded will experience higher enlightened energy fields, and those who are dense will experience chaos. 

We all have the abilities to connect with our Higher Selves.  The Eclipse will allow us to decide if we want to accept this new energy field, and expand our consciousness.  When we are closer to Gaia, we can move through the chaos which precedes change, with our feet on the ground and our head connected with our own higher expression of self.

The United States is in need of a reset, and it is no coincidence the Eclipse will cross the US!!! Yay for us!! This Eclipse is a reset.  Some of us have too many things going on in our life, because chaos always precedes change, and we surely need it.  

We are not the most evolved species in the Universe!  We are truly all multi dimensional beings, and every one of us have higher dimensional selves.  Our true essence is multi dimensional, this Eclipse is a wake up call to awaken to these frequencies of your own  of your emotions, your interactions.  It is a reminder to think in a planetary manor.  

It is through this eclipse, THIS OPENING OF ENERGY FIELDS, you will be able to connect with your higher self, bring it in, stand tall with all the frequencies of yourself.  Ground yourself on beloved Gaia, and remember this is also a planetary transition, so move out of your personal issues, and realize you are the representative of planet Gaia, who is a living, breathing, being, and take this time to connect deeply with mother earth.  When you feel this higher energy field, those of you who are really grounded will be able to take in more of this higher frequency.  When you have a high frequency it is important to ground it, and those who do will be able to increase their energies, and manifest quickly.  Our thoughts and intentions are so very powerful.  Energy is information, light is information and available to you when you are fully grounded into the body of Gaia, and connected to the frequencies of your higher dimensional self.  

The Eclipse will affect the world on all levels.  The Eclipse gives us an opportunity to deepen our own personal relationship with Gaia.  Your connection to the earth will deepen during this time, your powers of planetary healing.  Think of the Eclipse as a shining accelerator of activation and power of an "I CAN" thought field.  Connect your thoughts for higher manifestation, pray for peace and love to all, pray for peace to our leaders, and call in the Ascended Masters for their help in healing our planet.  This will have a dramatic affect on this planet!  Gaia is totally open to accept your power of healing during this Eclipse.  This is a great opportunity to build unity consciousness to unconditional love!  The Eclipse is a conduit of light, and we have the opportunity today to help heal the earth!!

MONDAY SOLAR ECLIPSE PRAY!

Monday, August 21st, is a major day for collective prayers, due to the solar eclipse we will be experiencing!  It is so important for each one of us, to stop for even a few minutes, and pray.  Pray for peace, for love, for what you want to see in your world, your life, your reality.

There are is so much research proving how meditation is so powerful!  
A two month project in Washington DC showed violent crime, homicides, rapes, and assaults dropped and consistently dropped throughout the meditations.  

Global meditation does raise the earth's frequency, we are projecting love and peace to all.  We are tied to the consciousness of the planet, we are making an effort of healing the planet by focusing on sending love and peace to all. It is so important to be aware of this, each and every one of us, as we realize our thoughts affect others, and our prayers and intentions of peace and love do as well, so why not focus on LOVE?? 

The hundredth monkey affect, research was done with some monkey's from the Japanese island, Hashima. Researches saw monkey's learned how to wash potatoes and passed this skill onto younger generations.  When the hundredth monkey learned this task, it seemed to spread to other countries!! Wow, totally amazing if you ask me.  This shows how connected we all are, and the power we have to make a change, together!! 

Quantum physics explains particles that have affected each other, can no longer be separate from each other.    They are linked in an invisible consciousness and energy in the Quantum field!! What affects one, affects the other at the same time, even if they are not together!  Amazing, right!  

It is so important to be aware of this if we are awakening, ascending, a light worker, and creating peace on earth!  

REMEMBER WE HAVE THE POWER, EACH ONE OF US ARE SO POWERFUL, AND WHEN WE COME TOGETHER WE CAN DO ANYTHING WE IMAGINE, IT IS TIME NOW, TO FOCUS ON, CREATING PEACE ON EARTH AND LOVE!! 

So, for today, especially tomorrow, and each day forward, put your loving, kind, peaceful intentions out, take some time to pray and meditate, and be kind to every person you see and meet, ESPECIALLY YOUR FAMILY WHO PUT UP WITH YOU DAILY!

New Energy Shifts in this Ascension

Due to the Ascension, and the energies involved, much is happening to us now, as so much more light is flowing through us.  Another great shift of the Ascension process, that will fill us with more light, and shift our current realities! (I am so ready!)

The line of separation will grow stronger, and you will see the ones stuck in 3D more clearly, and move onto 5D reality.  More of people will begin their Ascension process, and embody more unity light energies.  Higher codes of DNA into our beings, and UNITY into a more peaceful existence.

We need all you lightworkers to keep the faith, and know what Mother Gaia is going through, and to help others along the way!

The second phase is now, this summer, June to September, the Lion's Gate again, 8/8/17, and an amazing energies on August 26th.

The energies take us to a higher place, always know that!  If you do not resonate with many others out there, do not feel alone, as that is totally how I feel!  

We are ahead of the game, the ones carrying others along in this shift.

Stay with the loving, caring, positive ones, as that negative, complaining energy just drains you, and they are the ones stealing your awesome, light energy!

We are moving toward the Aquarian age!  Give yourself credit for making it through the second phase.

EnergyTheme for June!

Pay attention and stay present to what the Universe is sending us through signs, each and every day!  It is a time to nurture into full bloom!  Your Higher Self is always guiding you, and what is right will work out.  There needs to be no more suffering for growth.  
What is showing up?  Pay attention to the issues the Universe is sending you along with with new opportunities!  Take advantage.  

Do not take others words personally!  Accept what is, allow yourself to have, release, and change!  Yes, something I always have to remember to do.
Stay grounded, good boundaries, and courage is important.  Allow yourself to receive, to grow, to accept, to be loved!! 

Anchoring your reality, and reset the old patterns to new ones of love.  This is a time to separate yourself from the negative affects of your ancestors, that no longer support you.   Fear can be shifted to Love!  When your reality shifts, your relationship with family and friends shift as well, and you may want to be around others more like you.  It is important to honor your reality, the one you want to live in, one with all love, and oneness, not fear and anger towards others!!

If you have been ignoring your health issues, as I have, it is time to love and honor yourself, and ask the Universe for help to guide you in ways to heal your body, as it is so important. 
We must love and honor ourselves enough, to put our health issues first, to heal, so we can serve and spread our love more! 

June 1-8 is a good time to revisit your intentions, and reset if needed, as the information coming in will be very clear!  Accept and be flexible, and pay attention to the signs the Universe is sending you each day!  

June 9th, major full moon day.  It is time for a reality check!  What inspires you?? If you are not feeling inspired now, you are living someone else's reality, and we certainly do not want to do that!  I see it around me all the time, the families who are so co dependent, so much drama, can't even be alone, and do not even know who they are inside them!! Time alone in contemplation, without distractions, always calms our mind, and brings us home to our Higher Self.  A great day to be around someone you love!

June 16-23, GRATITUDE time!  Gratitude is an amazing frequency, and will reset from lack to abundance!  How easy, how simple, just remember!  It is a time for action, to new life, creativity, and knowing you can manifest all, and receive all the abundance you deserve!
Always remember to stay positive, because what you FOCUS on gets fed and GROWS! 
The themes are manifestation, abundance, and fertility.  Acknowledge the fertility you always carry to seed new adventures, and can manifest anything you desire! 

June 20th, summer solstice!  Work with the sun and it's life giving energy.  The sun is driving the change and accelerating evolution!  You can harness this power and use it for your own transformation.  Infuse the reality you want and align it with the sun.  Focus on expansion and gratitude.  Spend it with people you love, let nature be your temple.

June 23rd, new moon.  Revisit the intentions and take a reality check, and your reality.  Ask for healing if needed, have gratitude for the new reality.  How will you handle this new reality?  

June 24-30, Follow the signs, as they are all around, synchronicity is everywhere!!  Ask spirit for help and work with gratitude if you still feel suffering.  Ask for signs to keep you on your Higher path, misery loves company, but is no longer your reality!  Always ask yourself, what is my reality now?  As we create our own each day!

Staying in 5D and out of the Matrix!!

Coming into 5D, moving away from the Matrix! Finally, as it has been a pretty tough, painful road.  We do nee to remember to shine our light so bright each day, as we ARE the Light Warriors!  On the front lines to shine Love and Light everywhere we go.
Remember to check your energy throughout the day, meditate, ground, and use mantras, anything to keep shifting your energy to a higher place.  I walked into a Starbucks Coffee the other day, I had to leave quickly, as the energy was so heavy.  It only makes me more aware of how my energy is shifting higher each day, and of course, that makes me happy!

A Message to all Blue Rays

The Blue Ray Beings are an ultra sensitive, empathic soul group, that came from other light realms, to raise the energy and consciousness of Gaia.   They are the lost tray of the lightworker.  Their mission is to transform the damaged, mutated DNA of humanity, and set the stage for other rays to come. You were born into a family where you will transform the damaged DNA blood ancestry line for humanity and the planet!
 This actually happened to me, when my Shaman did a past life soul regressions, and found my little girl ancestor hiding in a cave, feeling she was bad in some way, but okay with it!  Wow, I said back then, and look now!  My Shaman convinced her to leave the cave, and go with her to a safe place, until she got in touch with me.  It was a beautiful, healing experience, and it resonated with me totally upon explanation!  See, the Universe does send us on the right path, if we learn to listen!

We are experiencing an ending of a Galactic alignment of a great cycle, where soul agreements and deep emotions are coming up to the surface.  This explains my highs and lows during the day, as I still get tears from missing my family, my children, and living alone!  <3

This Galactic alignment occurs once every 26,000 years with great shifts, return of the star people, and peace on earth.  Blue Rays and Star Seeds have come to earth for this cycle.  You carry the harmonic resonances of the inter galactic codes.  You came many different realms, from far distant star, solar systems, and through the Blue Ray. for the frequency alignment of Gaia.

This is a huge mission!  To be able to vibrate your frequency here on the planet and not loose your connection through trauma, while healing the family dynamics.   You are transformers, you have the violet tray of transformation in your aura energy field, with your main aura resonating to blue.
We had to raise our energies to love, to seek who we were, knowing we were not from here but from the stars!

 The signature of your soul vibration is calling for freedom of who you are.  There is an enhanced energy that is calling the Blue Rays to come out of hiding and connect with each other in the divine holy matrix.   As a Blue Ray, you will see the pre encoded awakening sometime on your path, to know who you are and where to be.

I have never heard of this before, all I know, is that while listening to this message, I cried and cried, it resonated with my soul so much!

An awesome message to listen to, which makes me understand myself better as well, and may help you too!  I think we have many soul aspects within us, Archangels, Yeshua, etc., and this just aids in it all!

What is the Truth about the War in Syria?

This is a must listen to, it is shocking for sure, but just the same, the truth, what we need to know!  We want Peace on Earth, finally, and the dark Cabal have been trying to kill most of us for years.  I am sorry, it's a proven fact now, by many sources!  These messages make me cry, and then I pray for peace and ask God and the Spirits above as to what I can do to help in any way?
It seems like nothing, but I suppose loving ourselves is a good place to start, and loving each other with forgiveness and compassion.  And appreciate each person in my face each day, because people are being killed right now all around the world, FOR NO REASON AT ALL!

Today is a day set aside to spend some alone time to sit, pray, or meditate on WORLD PEACE.
A day many light workers have decided to focus on healing the situation in Syria, praying for peace!

Here is a quick meditation suggested to use in adding in this Peace on Earth.

Imagine a pillar of light coming from the sun, running through everyone's body, and through our body to the center of the earth.  Visualize another pillar coming through the center of the earth, up through your body, and upwards into the sky towards all beings of light in the solar system and our galaxy.  You are now in two pillars of light, flowing upward and downwards at the same time.  Keep these pillars active for a few moments.
Now visualize a violet flame (St. Germain!) purifying the Syria vortex and energy field on the plasma, etheric, and astral planes.  Imagine the violet flame expanding throughout the Middle East, and purifying it with love.  Then expand the violet flame over the entire Mother Gaia, healing her with this love.

Visualize a soft, pink light healing Syria.  Visualize this divine feminine energy, Goddess Energy healing the minds and hearts of everyone involved in the Syrian conflict.  Then visualize this energy expanding throughout the Middle East, and then once again, over the entire planet, healing everyone through love and peace.

THE DARK SPIRITS IN ALCOHOL!!

Here is a very disturbing video about alcohol, but I feel we need to be so aware of this.  Who would think what the word even actually means?  In Arabic it's definition is "body eating spirits", that pretty much sums it up.  Evidently the soul can't handle the toxins put into the body, so it leaves the body (but is always attached to it with a cord), and that leaves the body as an open vessel for any dark spirit to enter!  And they do, for sure, and darkness appears, creating a reality of darkness they would not normally have.  

Wow, does that make so much sense to me.  When my daughters use to go to the bars and come home, they were not themselves, as if they were possessed with dark spirits.  I thought it was all off the negative energy around them, but it appears to be much deeper than this!  

So, first off, quit!  And watch this video, because it is deeper than that.  Why is alcohol legal when it kills people?  Kills their liver, their immune system, etc., and kills many!  It is not only legal, but pushed down peoples throat through the media.   Great, another sign of our government trying to kill everyone off!!  I hope you all see this now, through everything, vaccines, GMO chemicals in the food we ingest, sugar in almost every item of food that most Americans seem to be addicted to, chemtrails, toxins in the water we drink, creating bio military weapons, etc.  
And weed has been illegal, and helps so many with so many issues, nausea through chemo, pain, etc.!!

TIME TO CREATE THE LIFE YOU WANT

The Equinox is so powerful this Spring, because of our Ascension going on!  There is a wave of Diamond Light released during this time, gathering momentum, preparing to bring even more illumination and light to Mother Gaia.
Some may feel frustrated, a feeling of emptiness, and nothing moving forward.  As you move quickly through this shift, there is a time for you to rest a bit and breathe, and realize where you have come from, and what you want your new reality to be! 
This is so perfect for me, as I have decided to move to relocate, one day it looked like I had a job lined up and an apartment, and a few days later it fell through!  This happened twice, a week apart.  I kept my faith in knowing I will be put where I am suppose to be, and stop, breathe, and see my other choices. 
 Last week Spirit told me to open a Yoga Studio, and now my message is to sit tight for now, and focus on creating a Business Plan for my studio, getting an investor, than relocate.  I have been asking for this for years, always putting it out there, and the time is now.  I am excited and psyched, that I finally can help serve like I want to.  This was even a shock to me because prior to my yoga class, I was not focusing on opening a studio, it was not my intention.  But, when Spirit pushes, I listen now, and couldn't be happier!  So, take the time to breathe, and not rush here to there.  Instead, stop in between and smell the roses!  

So, for now, we are in a holding pattern, we have the opportunity to align with and create whatever we want!  Focus on it, with pure intention, work at it, and then there will be a

TSUNAMI OF RADIANT DIAMOND LIGHT THAT WILL WASH OVER THE PLANET IN JULY AND AUGUST, AND WILL CULMINATE IN THE ECLIPSE AT THE END OF AUGUST

So, wherever you focus is now, is what you will create!

Venus is the Light Energy of love, beauty, money and relationship, and it is these issues that you are being given the time to consider before you move forward.  Gently move forward to new projects and challenges.  If I would have moved quickly, I wouldn't have had the time to focus on planning the Yoga Studio, which I have been putting out there for years, not even realizing it would manifest!  Now, after hearing this information, I understand, and it resonates with me, calming me, allowing me breathe, and see where the Universe guides me to serve.  

THE PLANET OF LOVE AND ABUNDANCE IS DANCING ACROSS THE THRESHOLD OF THE NEW, AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENSURE YOU ARE TRULY FOCUSED WITH INTENT ON CREATIONS THAT ALIGN WITH YOUR HEART AND SOUL!

This is a time for us to rest, meditate, to create new projects and challenges!  The breaks are put on from moving forward, so we can make sure we are creating in alignment with our NEW MULTI-DIMENSIONAL ENERGY SIGNATURE, AND NOT THE OLD ENERGY TEMPLATE.  

It is so important not to resist the temptation to fill this space with chaos and drama.  Drama arises because you become anxious and restless alone in your own space, and need to fill the emptiness with Drama! OMG!! Drama brings up old victim stories that will give you emotional charge to pass the time.   Almost like the ego doesn't want us to live in the now and follow our joy, focusing on what we want to create in our reality!  It want's us to stay in the fear and protection mode, not leading with an open heart of love!  

 Now is the time to RELEASE that need, whether it's relationship dramas, money issues, or political and community CHAOS!  Stay out of it, focus on yourself, your heart, what do you want to see in your life?  Are you following your joy and happy, or focusing on the chaos around you!  

WE CAN BE STILL INSIDE, WHEN THE CHAOS IS OUTSIDE! 

Trust me, it's possible, if you want it and believe.  It's all on you, you all have free will, and that's the beauty of life!  

When you are still, and have an open heart to love, you will hear your Soul and Spirit that come from the Higher Dimensions of Consciousness, expressing peace, love, harmony and creativity!

If you focus on your dreams now, and when forward movement resumes mid year, you will be in a far better position to engage with the powerful creative energies and create the dreams and desires of your heart and soul!  No need to feel trapped in anxiety, trust that all is moving forward as it should be!  

You must TRUST the Universe is coming to a state of pure love, and your fear is just an illusion the darkness created to keep you powerless!!

This is a reconfirmation for myself, as I was ready to move now, and even before this message realized Spirit was telling me I will, but not next month.  I can speak these words because I am experiencing this in my own life now!

Spring Equinox ~ Major Shift!

Spring Equinox! The most powerful one ever, as so much is happening in our ascension process, and the axis has shifted, waking us up!  
The energy will be intense for a few weeks, and some maybe feeling ascension symptoms, still having past pain to release.  Let it go, it is easy now, just let it go.  Know there is no room for that darkness in the 5D light of Love!  We are being challenged to get out of our head and into our heart! <3  Like I keep saying, go inside and turn to your heart.  
Each time I do something to raise my energy like sound healing, Reiki, etc., my energy shifts so much, and I actually feel more love in my heart.  As if that love can grow, grow into understanding and compassion to my brother who walks the street!  
We are currently shifting timelines, raising up to 5D, shifting between trust and distrust, reacting and over reacting.  Many are realizing the old way is not working anymore.  Core wounds are surfacing, allow them to leave, sending them love and light.  Remember the darkness must see the light in order to ascend into 5D, as it is the only frequency there is! 
Your soul is pushing you to another reality, outside duality!  Before this shift the duality you see may increase, to fully dissolve!  Imagine no dualtiy, only LOVE!  You may get sick, chronic ailments may arise, so we can let everything go for good.  Listen to your body, as it knows and it is

"CONSTANTLY TALKING TO YOU!"

Timeline split is here, now!  That is why it feels as if someone pushed the fast forward button.  Having any fear needs to be resolved, now is the time to trust in the Universe, and know we are creating heaven on earth as we speak!  Remember, there is no fear and worry in 5D, if that's where your energy is.  Take a breathe, breathe in love and trust, and release the fear in your body, allowing only love back in!  
Take time to be alone and feel the energy and see where it is pulling you?  What is it telling you to do?  Where is it guiding you?  My energy has been shifting so quickly each week, as I am jumping from relocating one week, to waiting a bit the next.  I am trying to just go with the flow, go with the energy pushing me to a better place of growth for me.  Knowing where I want to go, and putting trust and faith in the Universe, knowing it will put me EXACTLY where I am suppose to be.  And for me that is, where can I serve?

Your ego will not come into 5D, it will be a free spirit just setting intentions and manifesting.  Just let the energy run through you, take a walk, do yoga, garden, do something to shift your energy that's calming.  Not everyone will shift into 5D this week!  Yes, this week my lightworker friends, my soul family, wayshowers, etc!  Remember there is no pressure, no pressure for change.  If you feel pressured, that's a true sign of fear and mistrust in your own process.  That is exactly what prevents your from ascending into 5D, 5D opens when we put full trust in the Universe with an open mind!

Always do your inner work, remembering your journey is your journey and every step is important.  Remember we are all truly, courageous warriors, who CHOSE TO BE HERE AT THIS TIME!  Go with your own flow!  Trust yourself, your own intuition, and never give your power away to any "Spiritual Leader" as I did!  Know one know you but you, and a true leader will tell you this!  Wake up to your power within!

Triggers maybe happening to you more, because  we are now entering the gateway with the highest energetic potential this month to getting things cleared.  We are also picking up the collective fear energies of fighting and running away.  We may confront others that are the closest to us, returning to victim hood.  It is helpful to take a step back and realize your the only one responsible and they are only reflecting your frequency, as everyone is a mirror to us.  Your ego and mind may not believe this and try to keep you in blame, quilt and shame and judgement, realize this, and do not allow this to prolong the experience from 3D to 5D.

When you feel triggered, go into your heart.  Do something loving for yourself, and shift into the state of love, connecting to Source.  Listen to your heart, this is key now to prepare for the transition.  Focus on your heart space and feel the energy that your mind doesn't understand.  Focus on your senses, stop, breathe, and be in the now, what do you see, hear, or feel?  The energy is about following our joy, having fun, and bringing our inner chld back!  As our inner child is our best adviser now, being in the moment is the best way to enjoy it!  
Remember all of the answers to your questions are within you.  Where else would God have put them?  It was always inside, we just had to remember, just like Dorothy did!

Realizing your own intuition, listening to your guides, is key now to ascend to 5D.  Remember not to look for answers from others outside of you, because:

No no one knows your next step, only you do.  Any good coach will not give you the answers, only guide you in love, and give you tools on your journey ahead. Share your feelings with others, but then be alone, go within, and spirit will guide you.  Always remember to ground, grounding is key to stay in touch with your own intuition!

Increasing Energy for 9 Days!

We have entered 9 consecutive days of magnetic storms that help us with the Ascension process, increasing the ratio of the light body and Merkaba we are in the process of embodying!  You may feel tingles in your crown chakra for a few minutes at a time, this is the energy from the sun ascending upon us.  This is to let us know the deep connection we have with the Universe!   We are remembering, we are waking up to who we truly are, beings of pure light!  

You maybe feeling tired, nausea, achy, dizzy, have increased paranormal visions, all due to this, so not to worry, just honor yourself.   
This is the year of major changes, we are all becoming our true, authentic selves, so take that leap of faith!  The time to do it is now, don't you feel it? I do, each day my energy is shifting and I am realizing more each day where I should be and how should I serve? I wake up with the burning desire to help others, bond and connect.   
So do what is burning in your heart to do, have fun, dance, sing, stay connected with others!  I tend to hibernate too much, but when I bond with loved ones, my energy sky rockets!  

What are you truly meant to do here, you know, what's your life purpose? lol  Look at it like this, just follow your joy, do what you love, and have faith that abundance will come due to all of this!  We are in a great ascension, and it is now, and we have the power to change our life to what we want.  Dream great dreams and make them come true! 

Know we are all here to shine our light so bright, and Heaven is upon us now, we are rising, rising to where we have never been before in our body!  Our light bodies!  It is so exciting to be here now, remember we all asked for this, to be part of this experience!  So raise your head high, keep it high each day, and help uplift others along the way! 

I am living proof.  I am currently going to relocate, again, and as I put trust in the Universe, and talk to my Spirits for guidance, I know I will be where I am suppose to be.  Where I can serve the most right now!  And for me, it's back up North by my children, and I am thrilled! And I am being guided to finally open that Yoga/Healing Center I have wanted to forever!  Wow, for me, as Spirit spoke through me after I attended my first Hot Yoga class here.  After the class, while I was speaking with the teacher, I told her she would have to come teach for me when I have my place up North!  I don't even know where that came from, it wasn't my intention!  I left that class with such a high, such a shift in energy, and Spirit spoke to me all day as I was already researching business plans and investors! 
 Then, I realized so many messages I listen to explain how important it is to connect and get together now, and I see that when I do my readings. When two or more bond together, it raises the vibration of all!  I have always wanted my own place, for years on end, so this is not new, only new that Spirit says, the time is now!  Instead of me having to find places to do my work, my place will be the hub for all different types of healing modalities, specializing with children, which there is such a need for.  Yes! I am very excited!   

If relationships are breaking up, it is because we must be true to ourselves, there is no other way right now, for each of us.  We realize others that aren't on our path are draining, and we let them go in love and light.  I am very careful as to where my energy goes, and I do not wast it on the complainers for sure!  Honor yourself first!

WE MUST STAY TRUE TO OURSELVES, THERE IS NO OTHER WAY! 

Stay grounded, which I truly have to make a point to do throughout my day, feeling too high.  I also have been focusing on deep breathing throughout the entire day, and this truly helps to keep me grounded.  
Also stay hydrated, and eat!  Another sign of the Ascension process, not feeling the need to eat or drink!  I have felt this way the past week, not even being hungry to eat.  Make sure to eat organic, healthy, fresh foods as well!
I can not wait to meet everyone on the rainbow bridge to heaven!

5D MATRIX IS HERE! 3/20/17

The Golden Age is Here!

This message is so important to all of us!  A MUST WATCH, this is only a quick recap!

Archangel Michael's message here is that we are walking into the Golden Age, and we are doing it now!  There is a spring sun gate preparing to open on March 20th, 2017, into the kingdom of heaven, and we will walk across the rainbow bridge, into the new paradigm!! There are incredible changes, and Gaia is purging, releasing old energies.  Great bodies in the heavens are showing themselves, allowing huge amounts of white magnetic ionized light to flow into the earth, as we prepare for the event. This is crazy, as I just saw a video of people seeing a huge vision of a spirit in the sky, that stayed for thirty minutes, this is already happening!    

You maybe going into hibernation mode, as your body needs to process these energies, so know all is well, and rest when needed.  Remember what is happening on earth has NEVER happened, we are ascending in our bodies!! This is truly a miracle, and we all knew already, and are starting to remember this again!

Remember, this is what we have been training for! Take time alone, be with yourselves, and rest.  Know that Universal minds are watching as the grand climax begins. Know a magnificent thing is happening inside of you, so relax, let go and RECEIVE!  Don't forget to breath, and enjoy the ride!  There may be bumps along the way during Monday the 20th, but look up to the sky and see the miracle appearing.

The time lines are shifted, know we are all connected, as we have traveled very lifetimes together! Open your minds to intergalactic intervention, community and guidance! Understand the multi verse is complex with interwoven dimensions of frequencies.

YOUR SPIRITUAL MISSION

Wow, another major video, awesome, powerful info to make you feel better!Some of us have a Spiritual mission, as I have felt I have, since I have been young.  They need to be a Spiritual activist, helping to create the New Earth!  
They are Counselors, Healers, in any way guiding them to their Spiritual Awakening.  Not everyone with a spiritual mission is meant to be out there, some are “frequency holders”, more inwardly drawn.  They focus on sending light and love to others in their lives, or groups of people suffering in the planet, etc.  When I learned about energy and light any years ago, I always send my loved ones love and light each night before bed, and each morning as I arise!  It’s just beautiful to always remember the LOVE & the LIGHT! 
The “frequency holders” also spend much of their time to heal past wounds, and awaken spiritually.  (Great, is that what I have been doing for years?)  They focus on keeping as positive as they can in their lives, as they realize they are connected to humanity and everyone who lives in a high vibration, adds to others awakening!  Wow, isn’t that powerful?  I hope it gives you the faith to push ahead, as it does me.

The time is here, it is now, for us to express ourselves to the limit.  We are being pushed out of our comfort zones!  Even if you do not know what your mission is, it is time to do whatever you can, to bring more love and light into the world, each and every day!  

There is an enormous shift, as you know, changes where we can also manifest all we want. If we stay in the path of Love, we can do anything we want!
